This recording of Voice of America South Sudan in Focus has been recorded 10 November 2014 and started at 1630 GMT, shortwave frequency of 15180 kHz (Santa Maria di Galeria, Vatican City, transmitter site, 250 kW of power), but around 1641 GMT the signal faded away, so the receiver has been re-tuned to 13870 kHz (Nauen, Germany transmitter, 250 kW of power)
